The Responsibilities
The primary focus of the Reservation Assistant is to assure flawless delivery of transfers for our guests with a focus on exceptional service to our partners.

The ideal candidate will...

- Be relentlessly detailed-oriented, verifying and re-verifying all of the small details of our VIP guests’ reservations
- Thrive in a very fast-paced environment with an ability to respond quickly to clients & colleagues calmly & correctly
- Be patient, charming, and always upbeat with demanding guests often under stress and time-pressures
- Be organized & efficient to effectively manage a large volume of correspondence quickly, accurately & independently
- Have prior experience with the provision of luxury services or logistics such as in conciergerie or transport services
- Be fluent in English with French or German knowledge appreciated

The Role
The role is full-time December - March with the possibility of year-round employment for an interested candidate. Hours & work schedule can be flexible according to candidate’s other commitments. You would be based in Verbier or Gstaad with the possibility of remote / home working. A long-term, multi-year commitment is essential.
