JOB DESCRIPTION Manager, Restaurant Le Chaman, Verbier (M/F) General information Workplace: Restaurant Le Chaman SA, Route de Verbier Station 100, 1936 Verbier Start date: May 15, 2026 Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI) Sector : Hotel / Restaurant Responsibilities - Ensure the operational management of the Chaman restaurant. - Ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. - Take charge of reservations and ensure a warm and professional welcome. - Prepare and optimize the seating plan according to reservations and expected flow. - Take and supervise orders while maintaining a privileged relationship with customers. - Organize and coordinate the work of the front-of-house team. - Ensure smooth and efficient communication between service and kitchen. - Monitor the working environment to ensure a professional and harmonious environment. - Ensure compliance with standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Monitor service quality and compliance with established standards. - Check the accuracy of inventories, invoicing and receipts. - Actively contribute to the development of restaurant sales. - Supervise and coordinate the integration and training of new employees. - Draw up and manage staff schedules according to operational needs. - Help develop the restaurant's wine list and manage orders with winemakers. Profile required - Strong managerial skills and ability to unite a team around common objectives. - Marked interest in refined products and dishes. - Excellent culinary and wine knowledge. - French and good knowledge of English. - Good command of IT tools such as Word, Excel and, if possible, experience of lightspeed and Zenchef. - Organized and rigorous in his/her work. - Team player and flexible. - Excellent reception and customer service skills. - Flexible and open-minded. - Excellent interpersonal skills and fluid, professional communication. - Diplomacy in exchanges. - Ability to manage stress calmly and effectively.
